The relational systems approach

Omnium is led by a single practitioner with two decades inside leadership teams — as an operator, an advisor, and a coach. The work draws on systemic coaching, group relations, and organisational design, but it isn't bound to any single school.

I work with a small number of cohorts each year. That's deliberate. This work requires presence and pattern-recognition that doesn't scale by hiring associates. If you join a cohort, you work with me.

Before Omnium I led teams in technology and professional services, and saw the same pattern from the inside that I now help teams see from the outside: strategy is rarely the problem. The relational layer underneath it almost always is.
